Initially launched in September 2024, Astro Bot exceeded expectations. Building upon the popular Astro's Playroom tech demo, it offered a greatly expanded experience with numerous PlayStation cameos. Quickly becoming the highest-rated new game of 2024, its success culminated in a Game of the Year win at The Game Awards 2024.
