Battlecruisers Marks 4th Anniversary with Trans Edition Update

Battlecruisers is marking its fourth anniversary with a bang, as Mecha Weka unveils the colossal 'Trans Edition' update. This update is a treasure trove of new content for both single-player and multiplayer enthusiasts, ensuring hours of fresh gameplay and excitement.

What’s in Store in Battlecruisers 6.4 Trans Edition?

The update introduces three new Cruisers: Goatherd, Pistol, and Megalith, each bringing unique capabilities to your fleet. Complementing these additions are two new Buildings, Cannon and Sledgehammer, alongside two innovative Units, SpyPlane and MissileFighter, enhancing strategic options in your battles.

For those looking to personalize their existing Cruisers, three new Bodykits are now available: Longbow Fringe, Rickshaw Scathis, and Yeti Corpse Piler, offering a range of customization to fit your playstyle.

Skirmishes have been enriched with new Cruiser choices: Man o’ War, Huntress Prime, and Fortress Prime, adding depth to your tactical engagements. PvP matches have been improved with a new countdown start and personalized aircraft trails that match player colors, enhancing the visual and competitive experience.

Balancing changes across the board ensure fair play. Notable buffs include the Raptor’s shield build and recharge rate, now at a 5x increase from the previous 3x, and the Hammerhead’s health, which has been boosted from 4000 to 4200. The ShipTurret sees a damage increase from 40 to 60, though its range has been adjusted from 19 to 16 for balanced gameplay.

Visually, Battlecruisers has stepped up its game with underwater transparency, allowing players to admire the wreckage of defeated foes with a new level of detail. The sea’s shading adds a dramatic touch, while the enhanced visuals of Cruiser and Ship deaths heighten the intensity of battle.

Be sure to check out the Battlecruisers 6.4 update preview trailer for a sneak peek at all the exciting changes.

Played the Game Yet?

Since its debut in 2021, Battlecruisers has consistently delivered major updates annually, and the Trans Edition is no exception, adding new SideQuests and unveiling the mysterious Battlefortress hidden in the South Pacific.

Set in a Flooded Earth in the year 2732, the game's universe is inhabited solely by robots engaged in a relentless wage war. Players command their own Battlecruiser, customizing it with turrets, nuke launchers, and ultraweapons to combat a formidable array of enemies.
