Navigating the Kentucky BioTech Facility

The mission begins with Case and Marshall entering a gas-filled facility, necessitating gas masks. An elevator malfunction leads to a fall, mask breakage, and subsequent hallucinations. Upon regaining control, locate a red-lit locked door. Use a hatchet found on a mannequin to break it open. Proceed through the hallway, up the stairs, and to a central elevator.

Activating the elevator triggers a mannequin-zombie transformation. Eliminate them with the hatchet. A phone call directs you to the biotechnology room, requiring four director's cards (Red, Green, Blue, Yellow). You initially receive a map to the Yellow card.

Acquiring the Yellow Card and Grappling Hook

Follow the map's directions to a yellow staircase. Solve the computer puzzle in the Director's office (answers: "Access," "Lift"). More zombies appear in the A.C.R. room. A mannequin holding the Yellow card transforms into an abomination upon approach.

Before engaging the abomination, gather armor, weapons, and the crucial grappling hook. Use explosives (C4 or grenades) to efficiently eliminate the abomination and its zombie horde. Collect the Yellow Card.

Securing the Green Card

Use the grappling hook to ascend to the main facility. Locate the Administration Facility via a grapple point left of the security desk. Answer the ringing phone. Find four documents and place them in the file display area.

Manequin-like entities will pursue you; maintaining distance is key. Document locations: corner desk, left side near a round table, center table by a noticeboard, and the cafe near a sink. After placing the documents, grapple a red mannequin repeatedly to transform it into a Mangler Zombie and obtain the Green Card.

Obtaining the Blue Card

Grapple across to the Joint Projects Facility. Answer the phone. Locate the glass chamber with camera stands and the Blue Card. Eliminate the Mimic that spawns upon interaction.

The Mimic’s ability to disappear requires shooting moving objects to trigger its transformation. Collect the Blue Card after defeating it.

Retrieving the Red Card

Navigate to the East Wing (marked on your map), following red carpets to a room with water, a console, and a Mangler. Interact with the console to reveal the Red Card.

Use the grappling hook to reach the upper area, jump into the pool, and swim through the red tunnel. Climb the ladders, eliminate zombies, and unlock the door using the blacklight code. Activate the timer and turn all drain switches within 25 seconds. Defeat the Mangler and its horde to obtain the Red Card.

Confronting the Disciple

Insert all four cards into the security desk. Ride the elevator, fight off zombies, and answer the red phone in the BioTech room. Eliminate the zombies and the Disciple to complete the mission (the final cinematic reveals the events as a hallucination).
