Ninja Kiwi has just released an exhilarating update for their beloved tower defense game, Bloons TD 6, with the introduction of the Rogue Legends DLC. This new addition brings a thrilling, randomly generated single-player campaign packed with challenges, artifacts, and intense boss fights that will keep you on your toes.
The Rogue Legends DLC enhances Bloons TD 6 with monkeys, darts, and a chaotic array of defenses. But what sets it apart? It introduces over 10 meticulously crafted tile-based maps, each offering unique paths for you to navigate.
As you progress, you'll encounter challenge tiles featuring boss rushes, endurance rounds, races, and various obstacles. Each challenge rewards you based on your performance, adding an extra layer of excitement to your gameplay.
Within the game, you'll find merchants and campfires where you can acquire power-ups and artifacts. There are precisely 60 of these to collect. You can also pick up temporary buffs or even re-roll them for a bit of in-game currency.
The bosses in Rogue Legends are formidable Bloon monstrosities that are tough to defeat. Upon defeating them, they drop permanent, boss-exclusive artifacts that you can carry into future campaigns. Defeat enough bosses, and you'll unlock five post-boss stages. Survive these, and you'll gain access to an endless CHIMPS campaign.
Alongside the DLC, the update introduces a new advanced map called Enchanted Glade. Your mission is to protect a magical tree, and to complement the enchanted theme, a new Tinkerfairy Rosalia skin is available. The update also includes the usual balance changes, trophy store cosmetics, and other tweaks.
Even if you choose not to purchase the DLC, you can still enjoy the regular map and balance updates, and all maps are accessible within the DLC. So, head over to the Google Play Store to grab the game and the Rogue Legends DLC.
