"Brewing Coffee at Wanderstop: A Guide"

May 07,2025 Author: Jonathan

In Ivy Road and Annapurna Interactive's *Wanderstop*, players take on the role of Alta, a weary fighter seeking solace and recovery in a magical forest by managing a cozy tea shop. The tea shop attracts a diverse clientele, some of whom request coffee, which isn't a standard offering. Here's a comprehensive guide on how to unlock and brew coffee in *Wanderstop*.

Which Customers Want Coffee in Wanderstop?

Terry requests coffee in Wanderstop (Ivy Road/Annapurna Interactive) In the fourth cycle of *Wanderstop*, a stunning humanoid bird visits the shop and requests a refined cup of tea. Following her visit, three businessmen named Jerry, Larry, and Terry arrive. Dressed in suits and carrying briefcases, they are en route to a boardroom for a presentation. Despite Alta informing them they are off-course, they refuse her offer of tea, insisting on coffee. Instead of leaving when they find out the shop doesn't serve coffee, they decide to wait until it becomes available.

Boro, the tea shop's owner, explains that coffee has never grown in this forest, initially suggesting that fulfilling the businessmen's request might be impossible. This situation frustrates Alta until an interdimensional figure named Zenith arrives, chasing the businessmen. Zenith finds the businessmen fascinating and, unlike them, is willing to try Alta's tea. For Zenith, tea is a novel experience, as their only reference for hot water beverages is coffee.

How to Unlock Coffee Beans in Wanderstop

Zenith and Alta discuss coffee beans in Wanderstop (Ivy Road/Annapurna Interactive) To unlock coffee beans, prepare a special cup of tea for Zenith by adding a valuable item, such as a book, trinket, pot, mug, small plant, or photograph. After tasting the unique tea, Zenith asks about the difference between coffee and tea and what is needed to brew coffee for the businessmen. When Alta mentions "coffee beans," Zenith uses the Infinite Path to introduce coffee beans to the forest, where they begin to grow in the clearing. Instructions for harvesting and brewing the beans are then added to Alta's Field Guide.

How to Harvest and Brew Coffee in Wanderstop

After Zenith's intervention, coffee beans start growing wild in the clearing and respawn randomly. Harvest them as you would fruits and seeds, and store them in your ingredients pocket, carry them in your hand, or place them on shelves, tables, floors, or the ground outside.

Before brewing, clean the beans by placing them in the dishwasher and waiting for them to be returned by the dish trains in the tea room. To brew coffee, pour water into the tea maker and heat it according to the order. Use one coffee bean to brew a basic coffee, though customers may request additional beans or other ingredients. Kick the gear to pour the water into the infuser and the brew into the kettle below, then decant it into mugs for serving to customers, Boro, or Alta herself.

Introducing coffee not only satisfies the businessmen but also delights Zenith and offers a new option for other customers. Even Boro, despite his initial reluctance, is willing to give it a try.

That's how you unlock, harvest, and brew coffee in *Wanderstop*.

*Wanderstop is available for PlayStation, Xbox, and PC via Steam.*
