The creators of the critically acclaimed CrossCode are thrilled to announce their upcoming title, Alabaster Dawn. Formerly known as "Project Terra," this exciting project was recently revealed on the developer's official website. Alabaster Dawn is targeted for a Steam Early Access release in late 2025. While a precise date remains unconfirmed, players can now wishlist the game on Steam.

A public demo is also planned for the future, further enhancing anticipation for the late 2025 Early Access launch.

Gamescom attendees will have a unique opportunity to experience Alabaster Dawn firsthand. Radical Fish Games will be present, offering limited hands-on sessions. Even if you miss the gameplay, the studio invites everyone to visit their booth from Wednesday to Friday for a chat.

Alabaster Dawn's Combat: A Fusion of DMC, KH, and CrossCode

Crosscode Devs' New Game Alabaster Dawn unfolds in the ravaged world of Tiran Sol, a desolate landscape left in the wake of Goddess Nyx's destructive power. Players assume the role of Juno, the Outcast Chosen, embarking on a quest to revive humanity and break Nyx's curse.

Expect an immersive experience boasting 30-60 hours of gameplay across seven diverse regions. Rebuild settlements, forge trade routes, and engage in exhilarating combat inspired by Devil May Cry, Kingdom Hearts, and the studio's own CrossCode legacy. Master eight unique weapons, each with its own skill tree, and utilize parkour, puzzles, enchantments, and even cooking to overcome challenges.

The development team proudly shared that the initial 1-2 hours of gameplay are nearing completion, a significant milestone in the game's development.
