Honkai: Star Rail Version 2.6: Annals of Pinecany's Mappou Age Arrives October 23rd!

HoYoverse has unveiled details for Honkai: Star Rail's upcoming version 2.6 update, "Annals of Pinecany's Mappou Age," launching October 23rd. This update transports players to Penacony and its vibrant Paperfold University, celebrating its anniversary with a flurry of student activities, club recruitment drives, and academic events.

The Spotlight: Rappa, the Ninja Galaxy Ranger

The update's star attraction is the new 5-star character, Rappa. A Galaxy Ranger who identifies as a ninja, Rappa utilizes ninjutsu, incorporating ninja mantras, scrolls, graffiti, and even rap into her unique style. Her mission? To hunt down the villainous Evil Ninja Osaru. Her ultimate attack, Sealform Ningu: Demonbane Petalblade, features a first-person perspective, allowing players to experience the thrill of slicing through enemies and significantly reducing their Toughness.

Honkai: Star Rail Version 2.6 Events

• Sound Hunt Ninjutsu Inscription: Manage a band for the Dreamlight Anniversary music party, collaborating with Rappa to deliver an unforgettable performance.

• Warp Event: Limited 5-star characters Dan Heng • Imbibitor Lunae, Acheron, and Aventurine return in the warp event, spanning both halves of the update.

Simulated Universe Expansion

The Simulated Universe receives a major expansion in version 2.6. Following the success of Swarm Disaster and Gold and Gears, a third DLC, "The Unknowable Domain," introduces a massive void connected to post-Second Emperor's War conflicts. Players will collect and upgrade powerful Scepters (external thinking units) to overcome challenging synergies and defeat a final boss.
