EA Play subscribers, it's time to take note—February 2025 will see the departure of two major titles from the service lineup. As part of EA’s regular rotation of content, *Madden NFL 23* will officially leave on February 15, followed by *F1 22* departing on February 28. While these games are being removed from the subscription service, it's important to clarify that their online multiplayer features are not shutting down immediately—though such closures typically follow in due time.
EA Play is a popular subscription service offering players access to full games, trial versions, and exclusive perks. Available as a standalone plan or bundled with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, it continues to be a go-to for fans seeking value through variety. However, just like other game subscription platforms, EA periodically rotates its library, removing older titles to make space for new additions. This month, *Madden NFL 23* and *F1 22* are the ones getting the exit notice.

In addition to these removals, UFC fans have more pressing concerns. It has been confirmed that the online services for *UFC 3* will permanently shut down on February 17, 2025. Whether the game will remain playable via EA Play in a limited offline capacity remains uncertain, but the loss of online functionality effectively marks the end of the road for meaningful engagement with the title.
While losing access to these titles may come as a disappointment, there is good news—newer installments from each franchise remain available on EA Play. After February, subscribers can continue enjoying *Madden NFL 24*, *F1 23*, and *UFC 4*. Additionally, *UFC 5* is set to join the EA Play roster on January 14, 2025, offering a fresh and exciting alternative for combat sports enthusiasts.
