EA's long-running mobile game, The Simpsons: Tapped Out, is officially ending. After a twelve-year run, the game will be unavailable for download starting October 31st, 2024, with servers shutting down completely on January 24th, 2025. In-app purchases have already been disabled.

EA expressed gratitude to players for their years of support in the sunset announcement. The collaboration with The Simpsons and Disney allowed players to create their own Springfield for over a decade.

You'll manage the rebuilding efforts, guide the Simpsons family, and interact with beloved characters like Fat Tony, sporting outfits like Daredevil Bart. Expand your town to Springfield Heights and even run Apu's Kwik-E-Mart.
