Crab cages, as the name suggests, are designed for catching crabs in this Roblox game. However, they frequently yield trash, which has gained increased utility since the game's crafting update.
Crab cages are readily available throughout the Fisch map, often found near merchants. The exception is Mushgrove Swamp, where they're located near the watchtower. Here are the locations:
They're located on the ground, similar to fishing rods. Simply aim at them to purchase, and you can buy multiple at once by specifying the quantity. At only 45 C$ each, they're an incredibly affordable option.
Once you've acquired your crab cages, using them is straightforward. Head to any shoreline, place the cage in the water, ensuring sufficient distance between each cage (indicated by a green indicator).
You can place cages in any body of water, provided you're standing on solid ground. For deeper water placement, use a small boat like a surfboard.
After placing the cages, wait approximately five minutes. A sound effect and glowing cages signal a successful catch.
