Hearthstone enthusiasts, get ready for Battlegrounds Season 10, dubbed "Second Nature," set to launch on April 29th, 2025. This season promises an exciting mix of new features and returning favorites that will shake up your gameplay experience. As Season 9 wraps up on the same day, your ratings will reset, and the Track will be refreshed. Don't worry about missing out—any unclaimed rewards from Season 9 will be automatically collected for you.
The excitement begins early with staggered reveals of what's coming. On April 18th, get a glimpse of the Dragons, Demons, and Mechs. Then, on April 21st, Undead and Pirates take the stage, followed by Naga and Quilboar on April 22nd. The reveal series concludes with Murlocs and Beasts on April 23rd, setting the stage for a thrilling new season.
As Season 10 kicks off, Anomalies will be removed from the Tavern entirely, giving players a more streamlined experience. Additionally, turn lengths are being extended, providing you with more time to strategize your next move.
Trinkets are making a comeback, but with a twist. These passive power-ups, which you can purchase with Gold, will appear twice during a game—once on turn 6 as Lesser Trinkets and again on turn 9 as Greater Trinkets. What's more, Season 10 improves your chances of obtaining Trinkets that align with your current minion type. Blizzard is rolling out over 100 new Trinkets, accompanied by more than 100 returning ones, ensuring a diverse and dynamic gameplay experience.
Meet the two new heroes joining the fray: Forest Lord Cenarius and Buttons. Cenarius, embodying the classic Druid energy, will help you ramp up your Gold and prepare for powerful late-game plays. Alongside the new heroes, expect a massive refresh of the minion pool, with over 75 new and returning minions and Tavern spells being added. The Battlegrounds Track is also getting a reset, so make sure you have the latest version of the game from the Google Play Store before the season launches.
