Split Fiction is slated for a cinematic adaptation, as reported by Variety, with a deal being crafted following competitive bids for the film rights from several major Hollywood studios.
According to Variety, Story Kitchen, a media company focused on adapting games and unique properties for film and TV, is currently assembling a team of writers, a director, and actors for the project. This same team previously managed the upcoming film adaptation of Hazelight Studios’ It Takes Two. Story Kitchen, formerly dj2 Entertainment, is also behind projects like the Sonic the Hedgehog films and Netflix's Tomb Raider: The Legend of Lara Croft.
No additional details have been disclosed yet.
