Kemco's new visual novel, Together We Live, is now available exclusively on Android. This poignant tale unfolds in a post-apocalyptic world, exploring themes of human sin and the arduous path to redemption. PC players can already experience the story on Steam.
A Journey of Atonement
Together We Live introduces Kyoya, whose journey begins unexpectedly. He awakens in a dimly lit room in the year 4000, nearly two millennia from his last memory. Earth lies in ruins, and he encounters a mysterious girl who holds the key to his understanding.
This girl is burdened by a devastating cycle: she repeatedly dies and is reborn, perpetually atoning for humanity's past transgressions. This relentless cycle of suffering profoundly impacts Kyoya, inspiring him to share the concept of happiness with her.
The narrative's pacing may initially feel deliberate, but the slow burn pays off. As the story progresses, seemingly insignificant details intertwine to create impactful twists and turns.

A Thought-Provoking Narrative
Unlike many visual novels, Together We Live eschews player choice, presenting a linear, interactive story. Its simple yet captivating art style beautifully complements the blend of beauty and sorrow within the narrative. The girl's fully voiced performance adds a haunting and fitting dimension to the story.
Currently available in English, Japanese, and Simplified Chinese, the game lacks controller support. It's priced at $9.99 on the Google Play Store, or free for Google Play Pass subscribers.
