Welcome to the shadowy universe of Lost Age: AFK, a mobile RPG where you step into the shoes of the Sovereign, tasked with uniting heroes to fight the darkness and unravel the secrets of the Realm of Origins. Perfect for casual gamers, this game features an AFK idle progression system, allowing your heroes to continue their battle and gather resources even when you're offline. In this beginner's guide, we'll delve into the core game mechanics and modes essential for your progression. Let's dive in!
Understand the Core Gameplay Mechanics of Lost Age: AFK
Lost Age: AFK combines idle gameplay with strategic team-building, hero collection, and gacha mechanics. These elements work together seamlessly, allowing players to acquire their favorite heroes without feeling sidelined. Your primary objective is to advance through the main story battle stages. At the start, many quality-of-life features will be locked, but as you progress, you'll unlock features like 2X battle speed and auto-battling, which are a godsend for busy players and those who enjoy gaming on the go.

Don't worry if you don't summon a high-rarity hero right away; the game's summoning system includes a pity mechanism. Every 10 summons guarantees at least one SS rarity hero, and every 100 summons ensures one SSS rarity hero. You can check out your heroes in the Hero tab, located at the bottom-right of the screen. Lost Age: AFK adheres to traditional RPG elements, allowing you to enhance and upgrade your heroes through various methods. Each hero has a BR (Battle Rating) that reflects their overall power, calculated from factors like equipment, base stats, and other boosts.
For an enhanced gaming experience, consider playing Lost Age: AFK on a larger screen using your PC or laptop with BlueStacks. The precision of a keyboard and mouse can truly elevate your gameplay.
