These aren't just collectibles; scan them into the arcade machine to choose your champions before battle! With over 175 cards across two series (including standard and foil variants), the collecting possibilities are vast. Whether you're strategizing for victory or building your collection, this guide covers everything you need to know about MCoC Champion Cards.

What Are Champion Cards?

Champion Cards are physical trading cards dispensed by Marvel Contest of Champions arcade machines at Dave & Buster's. Each card represents a character from the game and lets you select your in-game champions. Skip the scan, and the machine randomly selects for you.

Each card features a Marvel character and boasts a foil variant, similar to other collectible arcade cards. Series 1 launched with 75 champions; Series 2 added 100 more, including reskins and new characters.

Win or lose, you get a card! The machine randomly dispenses a card from either Series 1 (75 champions) or Series 2 (100 champions), each with a rarer foil variant. Cards aren't needed to play, but they add strategy and customization, letting you choose your champions instead of relying on random selection. While they don't transfer to the mobile game, they offer a unique collectible aspect. For tips on improving your mobile game, check out our Marvel Contest of Champions beginner's guide!

Champion Card Rarity and Collectibility

Like traditional trading cards, MCoC Champion Cards are highly collectible. While functionality is the same in-game, many strive for complete sets, including rare foil versions. Series 2 introduced new designs alongside reskins from Series 1, creating multiple versions of some cards.

The complete card roster includes:

  • Series 1 (2019): 75 classic MCoC characters.
  • Series 2 (later release): 100 cards, featuring reskins and new characters.
  • Foil variants: Rarer, more valuable versions of standard cards.

Whether your goal is a complete set, your favorite Marvel characters, or just those coveted foil cards, the exclusivity adds to the appeal. They're only obtainable at Dave & Buster's, making them a unique collectible for Marvel fans.

Prefer the digital realm? Play MCoC on PC with BlueStacks for superior control, a larger screen, and smoother gameplay – no arcade needed!

Where to Get Marvel Contest of Champions Champion Cards

Currently, these cards are exclusive to Dave & Buster's locations with the MCoC arcade cabinet. They can't be purchased in-game or earned through the mobile version.

To complete your collection:

  • Play the arcade game frequently.
  • Trade with other players.
  • Check online marketplaces for collector sales.

Keep an eye out for future series releases at Dave & Buster's!

MCoC Champion Cards add a thrilling physical collectible element to the arcade experience.
