Marvel Rivals' inaugural season, Season 0: Doom's Rise, has been a hit! Players have mastered over thirty characters, climbed the competitive ranks, and customized their profiles with various cosmetic items. These cosmetics are obtainable through the Battle Pass, in-game purchases, Twitch drops, and events.
The Season 0 Winter Celebration event offers a fantastic opportunity to earn additional cosmetics, emotes, profile banners, and sprays. This holiday event features a limited-time game mode, challenges, and exclusive skins. This guide details the event and available skins.
The Marvel Rivals Winter event runs from December 20, 2024, to January 9, 2025. Players can earn winter-themed rewards for Jeff the Land Shark, including a spray, profile banner, emote, and a new skin. Progress is tracked by collecting Gold and Silver Frost, earned by completing Winter Challenges within the limited-time game mode: Jeff's Winter Splash Festival.
Jeff's Winter Splash Festival is a 4v4 arcade mode featuring only Jeff the Land Shark. Similar to Splatoon, players paint the terrain using their primary fire; the team with the most painted area wins.
Beyond Jeff's Winter Splash Festival, several holiday-themed skins are available. Fuzzy Cuddlefin for Jeff the Land Shark is a free reward at 500 Frost. Holiday Happiness Groot and Wild Winter Rocket Raccoon are available individually or bundled at a discount in the shop.
Further holiday skins, Snow Symbiote Venom and Frozen Demon Magik, will be released later in the event and available for purchase in the shop.
