This DLC introduces a revolutionary governance system specifically designed for nomadic peoples. A new in-game currency, "herd," will be central to a ruler's authority, influencing military might, cavalry unit composition, vassal relationships, and other core gameplay mechanics.
The nomadic lifestyle necessitates constant relocation, a dynamic reflected in the expansion. Players will navigate the strategic choices of negotiation or forceful displacement of settled populations to secure resources and territory.
Furthermore, players will command mobile yurts, similar to adventurer camps, which can be upgraded with various components to enhance their functionality and benefits.
The expansion also features iconic yurt towns that nomadic rulers transport with them, mirroring the functionality of adventurer camps. These settlements can be upgraded with additional structures, each providing unique advantages.
