This model makes an ideal match for PlayStation 5 gaming, featuring HDMI 2.1 ports and a 120Hz refresh rate.

The Panasonic Z85 utilizes a W-OLED panel, delivering picture quality on par with Samsung's S85 series, Sony Bravia 8/A80, and LG B4/B3 models. As a genuine OLED display, it offers instantaneous response times, near-infinite contrast ratio, and perfect black levels. While OLED outperforms other panel technologies in most viewing environments, it may not be the ideal choice for very bright rooms without light control due to lower peak brightness compared to Mini LED or LED LCD TVs.
For gamers, the Z85 represents a future-ready option with its native 120Hz refresh rate and HDMI 2.1 connectivity. This enables 4K gaming at up to 120fps on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X consoles. It's also perfectly suited for Nintendo's upcoming Switch 2, despite the latter's 60fps cap at 4K resolution. Additional gaming-friendly features include variable refresh rate support and automatic low latency mode.
At this price point, you won't find a better deal for a brand new 65" OLED TV with full manufacturer warranty. Panasonic brings its reputation for quality display technology, having recently reentered the high-end TV market with compelling Mini-LED and OLED products after some years away from the industry.
