Pokémon GO Tour: Unova and City Safari Events Announced!
Get ready, Pokémon GO Trainers! Two exciting events are coming your way: Pokémon GO Tour: Unova and Pokémon GO City Safari.
Pokémon GO Tour: Unova (February 21-23, 2025)
This in-person event, inspired by Pokémon Black, White, Black 2, and White 2, will take place in Los Angeles (Rose Bowl Stadium) and New Taipei City (Metropolitan Park).
Explore themed habitats (Winter Caverns, Spring Soiree, Summer Vacations, Autumn Masquerade), catch region-specific Pokémon, and encounter Shiny variants of Deerling, Meloetta (via Masterwork Research), Sigilyph, Bouffalant, and even a special Shiny Pikachu! Legendary Pokémon Reshiram and Zekrom will be Five-Star Raid bosses. Three-Star Raids feature Druddigon, and One-Star Raids offer Snivy, Tepig, and Oshawott (increased shiny rates).
Tickets are available now at a discounted price ($25 USD in Los Angeles, $630 NT in New Taipei City). Add-ons offer extra bonuses like 5,000 XP per raid completion. The event runs 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time. Booths and team lounges will be available.
A global event, Pokémon GO Tour: Unova - Global, will follow on March 1-2, offering free Unova exploration for all trainers.
Pokémon GO City Safari (December 7-8, 2024)
This citywide adventure hits Hong Kong and São Paulo!
Join Professor Willow and Eevee from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. local time. Get a special explorer hat-wearing Eevee, and evolve it into Sylveon or Jolteon (keeping the hat!). The Eevee Explorers Expedition earns you a second hatted Eevee!
Encounter Galarian Slowpoke, Unown P, Clamperl, and more in the wild. Eggs contain Oricorio (Pom-Pom and Sensu styles), Swablu, Skiddo, and location-specific Pokémon. Maps and Pikachu/Eevee visors (while supplies last) will aid your exploration.
Tickets are R$45 in São Paulo and $10 USD in Hong Kong. Add-ons provide extra items and boosted Shiny encounter chances. Don't miss out!
