If you've been on the hunt for a stellar deal on a high-end OLED TV, you won't want to miss this. Amazon is currently offering the 65" Samsung S90D 4K OLED Smart TV for just $1,097.99, shipped. This is the lowest price we've seen for this model and size, undercutting last year's Black Friday deal by a whopping $200. This TV is a perfect match for your PS5 or Xbox Series X. According to RTINGS, the Samsung S90D outshines the popular LG C4 OLED TV with its brighter display, wider color gamut, superior color volume, broader viewing angles, and enhanced HDR gradient handling.

The Samsung S90D is a 2024 model, with the newer "S90F" model released for 2025 at more than double the price. The S90D features Samsung's proprietary quantum dot (QD) OLED panel, which offers brighter displays than traditional OLEDs while maintaining the color accuracy, range, and wide-viewing angles that OLEDs are renowned for. Compared to traditional LED LCD TVs, OLED TVs provide superior image quality, near-infinite blacks, near-infinite contrast ratios, and near-instantaneous response times.
Beyond its OLED technology, the Samsung S90D is packed with features ideal for gaming. It boasts a native 120Hz panel that can be overclocked to 144Hz, and it comes equipped with four HDMI 2.1 ports, allowing you to run 4K at 120Hz on your PS5 or Xbox Series X. The TV also supports variable refresh rate and auto low latency mode, making it an excellent choice for the recently released PlayStation 5 Pro, which can drive more games in quality mode (native 4K @ 120fps) compared to the standard PS5, which often requires performance mode (upscaled 4K).

If you're looking for a more budget-friendly option, Amazon is offering a rare deal on the 2024 65" Panasonic Z85 4K OLED Smart TV with Amazon Fire TV for just $999.99, including free delivery. While it uses a W-OLED panel instead of a quantum dot OLED panel, meaning the image quality won't match the S90D, it's still an excellent choice for future-proof gaming with its native 120Hz refresh rate and HDMI 2.1 ports.
