Before tackling the Bull Mural puzzle, ensure you've Pack-a-Punched your gun and defeated a Shock Mimic to obtain the Monocle. This item is necessary for the subsequent steps in assembling the Ice Staff. With the Monocle in hand, head to the rightmost side of the tomb area, where you'll notice purple lanterns.

Your next task is to shoot all the purple lanterns until the light in front of the Bull Mural starts glowing. Once the light illuminates, approach the Bull Mural.
