No surprises here. Beryl, Gloria, Inanna, and Col are prime targets for rerolling. Beryl and Col stand out as the game's top DPS characters, with Beryl's Destroyer-type offering an edge over all types except Watchers. Col, a formidable rogue, excels at eliminating enemy units from the sides or rear, making attack and crit rate boosts essential for her.
Gloria and Inanna are the premier support characters. Gloria's versatility as a potential DPS and her Flag buffs make her exceptional. Inanna, ideal for dedicated healing, summons the Guard of the Princess—a controllable tank that enhances your team's survivability and aids in completing battle objectives.
Edda, introduced in the global version, is a vital support for magical teams, enhancing your ability to farm Legendary weapons through debuffing in Weaponry Trial I. Cocoa, added in September 2024, is an excellent tank and utility provider, reaching her full potential at five stars.
Saffiyah and Auguste, renowned from CN and TW tier lists, are exceptionally powerful. Saffiyah's versatility as a Seeker, and Auguste's prowess as a Breaker and auto-play character, make them must-haves for any team composition.
A-Tier

Dantalion and Magnus form a potent duo, significantly boosting attack capabilities and excelling in PvE stages. Magnus is a strong tank replacement for Maitha, unless you have Cocoa. Dantalion's growing strength throughout battles makes him a resilient DPS unit.
Nonowill offers valuable support with buffs and debuffs, while also being highly mobile. Simona, introduced in late August 2024, is a battlemage who can freeze and slow enemies, perfect for magic-based teams. Rawiyah (Alt) and Saffiyah (Alt) are solid choices with enhanced utility and debuffing capabilities.
B-Tier
Maitha offers versatility as a tank with damage and healing capabilities, serving well as an early game tank before being replaced by better options like Magnus or Cocoa. Rawiyah is another strong early game DPS with AoE capabilities and self-healing.
C-Tier
While considered the least efficient among Legendaries, C-tier characters like Teadon can still be effective early game tanks. These units are viable initially but should be replaced as you acquire higher-tier characters.

Crimson Falcon has been a reliable rogue for many players, offering high damage and mobility, and is often the first character to max out due to frequent Memory Shard drops. Butterfly acts as a utility character similar to the Dancer in Fire Emblem, offering small heals and positional support.
For tanking and healing, Suppression and Angel are excellent choices. Suppression is a viable alternative if you're not using Maitha, while Angel's robust healing can replace Inanna's versatility until you can secure better support.
