Spanning five weeks, or 45 days, this program introduces themed workouts inspired by iconic entries in the Assassin's Creed saga:

In week three, participants channel the formidable spirit of ancient Spartans, inspired by Odyssey. The fourth week brings the rugged Viking lifestyle into focus, in line with Valhalla.
