Spanning five weeks, or 45 days, this program introduces themed workouts inspired by iconic entries in the Assassin's Creed saga:

The second week sets sail into the swashbuckling world of pirates, echoing the adventures of Black Flag. In week three, participants channel the formidable spirit of ancient Spartans, inspired by Odyssey. The fourth week brings the rugged Viking lifestyle into focus, in line with Valhalla. Finally, the fifth week culminates with workouts celebrating the samurai and ninja themes, perfectly tying into the eagerly awaited Shadows title.
