This collaboration has birthed an official workout regimen that not only aims to enhance fans' physical fitness but also pays homage to the storied legacy of the Assassin's Creed franchise.
Spanning five weeks, or 45 days, this program introduces themed workouts inspired by iconic entries in the Assassin's Creed saga:
The inaugural week immerses participants in Assassin training, drawing directly from the original game's protagonist, Altair. The second week sets sail into the swashbuckling world of pirates, echoing the adventures of Black Flag. In week three, participants channel the formidable spirit of ancient Spartans, inspired by Odyssey. The fourth week brings the rugged Viking lifestyle into focus, in line with Valhalla. Finally, the fifth week culminates with workouts celebrating the samurai and ninja themes, perfectly tying into the eagerly awaited Shadows title.
