The Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket is set to introduce a thrilling wave of interdimensional energy with its upcoming Extradimensional Crisis booster pack. This expansion dives deep into the enigmatic Ultra Beasts—mysterious creatures from beyond the Alola region’s Ultra Wormholes. Set to launch on May 29th, this update brings not only powerful new cards but also fresh aesthetics and event-driven gameplay experiences.
What's New in the Extradimensional Crisis Booster Pack?
This release features a lineup of formidable Ultra Beast Pokémon, including:
Buzzwole ex
Blacephalon
Nihilego
Guzzlord ex
These beings first appeared in the Pokémon Sun and Moon era, arriving through mysterious wormholes with an otherworldly aura. Their unique designs and battle styles make them standout additions to any deck.
In addition to these extradimensional threats, the Extradimensional Crisis pack also introduces more Alolan-region Pokémon to the game. One notable debut is Type: Null, a mysterious and heavily modified Pokémon with a fascinating backstory.
Alongside the new cards, players can unlock a limited-time Ultra Beast-themed binder cover starting May 29th. It will be available in the Shop for a limited number of shop tickets.
A new floral display board will also arrive, which you can obtain using special event tickets earned during the upcoming Wonder Pick Event.

Complete missions to collect cards like Poipole and Stufful, while earning event tickets needed for the floral display board.
Ultra Beast Mass Outbreak Event (June 23 – June 29)
During this period, Ultra Beast-related cards will appear more frequently in rare and bonus picks—making it the perfect time to build your collection.
