What are Arcanas?

Arcanas in Vampire Survivors serve as a dynamic modifier system. The journey into the Arcana system begins with the collection of the Randomazzo, which activates the first Arcana, Sarabande of Healing. Players can then select their preferred Arcana cards at the stage selection screen before a match starts.
