Key features include the innovative Gallagio Loyalty system, the addition of a new raid – The Liberation of Lorenhall – and an overhauled reward structure.

The Gallagio Loyalty system introduces a unique twist to The Liberation of Lorenhall raid. Instead of traditional loot drops, players earn powerful buffs enhancing damage and healing output. Further perks include convenient access to in-raid amenities such as auction houses and crafting stations, and accelerated food consumption. Exceptional rewards even include free Augment Runes and game-changing abilities like raid section skips and portal creation.

While reminiscent of systems in older dungeons like Molten Core and Ahn'Qiraj, this iteration promises significantly more depth. Data miners suggest a new currency, akin to Shadowlands' dinars, will allow players to purchase raid items if they miss out on a drop.
