The highly anticipated Wuthering Waves Version 1.1, "Thaw of Eons," arrives after the June 28th maintenance, bringing a wealth of new content and improvements. Prepare for a thrilling new storyline, exciting gameplay additions, crucial bug fixes, and powerful new characters to bolster your team.
Venture into the all-new region: Mount Firmament. This enigmatic, mist-shrouded peak holds the key to Jinzhou's rich history and hints at a time frozen solid. Legend speaks of time flowing differently on this mountain, promising countless secrets and exciting discoveries. However, progress in the main storyline is required before you can embark on this perilous journey.
Two formidable new playable characters join the fray: Jinhsi, the magistrate, commands heavenly grace and power; and Changli, the counselor, wields fiery techniques to incinerate foes. These additions will significantly impact team strategies and combat dynamics.
Prepare for exciting new events! The Tactical Simulacra combat event features the charming (and slightly mischievous) Lolo. Additionally, the limited-time event, "Dreams Ablaze in Darkness," ignites on July 4th, challenging players with a demanding new realm, testing both skill and teamwork.
"Thaw of Eons" also introduces two magnificent five-star weapons: the Ages of Harvest, a broad blade that slices through time itself; and the Blazing Brilliance, a fiery sword imbued with the essence of a legendary avian creature. These weapons promise unique effects that will redefine the combat meta.
The developers have listened to player feedback, implementing numerous quality-of-life improvements. Expect more precise descriptions for characters and skills, a more balanced enemy distribution, and a refined leveling system.
