在《游戏王：决斗链接》直播中，官方宣布游戏最新更新将加入来自《游戏王：Go Rush!!》动画系列的尤迪亚斯·维尔吉尔以及配套的新卡牌。此外，游戏还将推出Go Rush!!主题地图和单人模式对手。与动画系列一样，此更新将加入该系列中出现的融合卡牌，它会将场上两张正面表示的怪兽送入墓地作为素材来融合召唤特定卡牌。最后，游戏将在即将到来的更新中加入两个新的卡包和构筑卡组。
卡牌外观和更多UI更新
更新内容不止于此，游戏还将进行大量更新，专注于个性化UI界面，甚至包括卡牌本身。您可以在主菜单中个性化您的主页，选择您所选代表的不同姿势，以及在背景中显示您卡组的不同选项。
