For Users Experiencing Issues on Android 11

June 15, 2021 Update: Some users have reported that the app crashes immediately upon launch when using certain Android 11 devices. If you're encountering this issue, a workaround has been identified to restore normal functionality: performing an "Erase Storage" action within your device settings.

Important: This process will permanently delete your parking lot posting history, and unfortunately, this data cannot be recovered. Please proceed with caution.

Steps to Resolve the Android 11 Crash Issue:

1. Open Settings on your device.
2. Navigate to Apps and Notifications.
3. Find and tap on PP Park! from the list of installed applications.
4. Go to Storage and Cache.
5. Select Erase Storage.

This issue is known to stem from compatibility bugs in Android 11. Google and device manufacturers are aware of the problem and are expected to roll out fixes. However, similar issues continue to be reported globally. We apologize for the inconvenience and recommend using the "Erase Storage" method if you're affected.

  Important: On Android 10 and later versions, due to system-level changes, user-posted information can no longer be transferred between devices or restored after reset.

4. Results appear on the map, numbered in ascending order by price—making it easy to identify the closest and most budget-friendly options.
