Manage and control your KEBA wallbox seamlessly with the KEBA eMobility App.
The KEBA eMobility App delivers digital services for KeContact P30 and P40 users, including the P40, P30 x-series, company car wallbox, PV EDITION, and P30 c-series. Through this app, you can communicate with, manage, and configure your charging station, giving you complete oversight of your wallbox.
Key features of the KEBA eMobility App include:
- Remotely access and control your wallbox from anywhere (communication with KeContact P30 c-series occurs via the local network).
- Monitor your wallbox's current status: see if it is charging, ready to charge, offline, or if an error has occurred.
- Start and stop charging processes instantly with a single tap.
- Manage power consumption and charging time by setting the maximum charging power.
- View real-time charging data (such as time, energy, power, amperage) in the app and review previous sessions in your history.
- Access detailed statistics on your past energy consumption.
- Use the integrated setup guide to check if your wallbox meets app requirements and to complete the initial connection and configuration.
- Use the installer mode for step-by-step setup and configuration of your P40 wallbox.
- Automate charging schedules with power profiles by setting predefined times and maximum power levels (configured via the KEBA eMobility Portal for P40, P30 x-series, company car wallboxes, and PV EDITION).
- Keep your wallbox updated with the latest software by enabling automatic updates (not available for KeContact P30 c-series in stand-alone operation).
- For x-series users, access all familiar web-interface configurations directly within the app.
The following KEBA wallboxes are compatible with the app:
- KeContact P40, P40 Pro, P30 x-series, company car wallbox, and PV EDITION
- KeContact P30 c-series (no firmware update required to use the app)
Charging stations managed by Charge Point Operators may not support the app if you do not have the web-interface password or serial number.
When using the KEBA eMobility App with a KeContact P30 c-series, some features may be limited compared to the x-series. For a full comparison of functions by series, visit www.keba.com/emobility-app.
Already use the KEBA eMobility Portal? Register through the app or portal to unlock all benefits and features on the browser-based KEBA eMobility Portal at emobility-portal.keba.com.
Important notes for electrical installers:
- DIP switch settings on the P30 wallbox must be adjusted manually.
- Use the app to apply configurations originally available through the P30 web interface.
- For KeContact P30 c-series, configure DIP switches to enable full UDP communication (as outlined in the setup guide).
- Configure basic settings for the KeContact P40 either via the KEBA eMobility App or directly on the device.
