How to Complete All Arata Stages in GHOUL://RE

After numerous trial-and-error attempts, we've cracked the code to conquer **all three Arata stages** in *GHOUL://RE*. These stages aren't about skill or exploration, but they demand substantial **Reputation grinding**—and we mean a lot!

Arata Stage 1 in GHOUL://RE

To kick things off, you need to amass **25,000 Reputation** points and reach the rank of **Special Investigator** within the C.C.G. organization. Head over to the **Commission of Counter Ghoul** (C.C.G. center) and find the NPC with headphones, **Damiro D. Mado**, on the second floor. He'll task you with collecting **10 one-eyed fragments** and **10 Kokuja fragments**.

The quickest way to gather these fragments is by defeating bosses like **Eto and Tatara**, and then crafting them at a workstation. To check your Reputation, visit **Saiyo Natsuki**, the NPC in a black suit and tie. Once you've collected **all 20 fragments**, convert them into **five one-eyed Kokuja fragments** at the crafting table. Return to **Damiro**, who will then instruct you to speak with "him". This instruction puzzled the *GHOUL://RE* community for a while, but "he" is none other than **Black Reaper of Doom And Despair**, hiding in plain sight. Arata Stage 2 in GHOUL://RE

To unlock **Arata stages 2 and 3**, you'll need to play in **permadeath (PD) mode** to earn the legendary armor. We recommend teaming up with a reliable group, as solo missions can be frustrating.

Once you've gathered **100,000 Reputation points**, head to the elevator in the C.C.G. building and proceed to **the Laboratory**. There, you'll meet **Black Reaper of Doom And Despair**, the man with the scalpel in a black suit, standing by the door.

Hand over five one-eyed Kokuja fragments and your 100,000 Reputation to complete Stage 2 and acquire the **Arata-Proto armor**. Despite rumors suggesting lower Reputation thresholds, our experience confirms that **100,000 Reputation points** are necessary for guaranteed success.

Remember, stages 2 and 3 must be completed in **PD servers only**. Failure to do so will result in repeated responses from the Black Reaper, preventing you from completing Arata Stage 2 and accessing Stage 3.

Arata Stage 3 in GHOUL://RE

The final Arata stage also involves "The Scalpel Guy", additional fragments, and a significant amount of cash. Continue in **PD mode** to pursue the epic armor.

After collecting a single one-eyed Kakuja fragment and saving up **500,000 Yen**, revisit **Black Reaper of Doom And Despair** in the C.C.G. building. Pay him, and he'll teleport you to the **Kishou Arima boss**.

Defeating Kishou Arima requires at least average gaming skills, involving jumping, dodging, blocking, and dealing substantial damage. While challenging, with practice, even intermediate players can overcome him.

Be prepared for potential deaths during this encounter; you may need to repeat the boss fight, requiring an **additional one-eyed Kakuja fragment** and **500,000 Yen** per attempt. Upon defeating Kishou Arima, you'll unlock Stage 3 Arata-Proto armor. Note that while this armor offers incredible buffs and protection, it's also quite taxing on your body.

**Arata-Proto Armor Buffs**

Arata is a powerful armor, but it **drains your hunger** rapidly while worn, and you cannot eat to replenish it without removing the armor. However, the benefits are unmatched. Notably, **you can't be ragdolled** while wearing Arata, a significant advantage in all scenarios.

Arata also enhances your equipment, making your character **increasingly "tanky"** and capable of both sustaining and dealing immense damage. If the armor depletes your hunger during combat, it will start consuming your **health bar**. Be cautious in boss fights; remove the armor if it becomes too dangerous to maintain your health.

**Reputation Grinding**

The fastest way to accumulate the necessary Reputation is by **fighting bosses in PD mode**. Each boss defeated in PD mode rewards **1,500 Reputation**, significantly more than the **500** you receive outside of PD mode. Killing Ghouls yields only **100 Reputation** points per kill, making them less efficient for Arata quests.
