Baldur's Gate 3's highly anticipated Patch #8 is on the horizon, bringing cross-play functionality, a dedicated photo mode, and a whopping 12 new subclasses! Larian Studios recently unveiled a sneak peek at four of these subclasses in a video: the enchanting Bard, the colossal Barbarian, the death-dealing Cleric, and the celestial Druid.
While the official release date remains undisclosed, stress testing is ongoing with further sign-up opportunities available. This initial video is just Part 1 of a three-part series showcasing all 12 subclasses, keeping the community engaged and excited. Two more trailers are planned to reveal the remaining eight.
The stress test, initiated in January, already included a major update introducing the photo mode. Patch #8 marks the culmination of the game's post-launch development, leaving players both satisfied and curious about future possibilities.
