Bandai Namco has dropped a new trailer for Tekken 8's Season 2, spotlighting the return of Anna Williams. The trailer showcases her updated moveset, fresh character skins, and a special intro sequence—including a unique cutscene if her sister, Nina, is the opponent.
Anna Williams will be the inaugural Season 2 character, launching March 31st for those who purchased the Character Year 2 Pass. General release for all players is slated for April 3rd.
Beyond Anna, the trailer hints at a robust content roadmap for 2025 and early 2026:
- Summer 2025: A new fighter and a new arena.
- Fall 2025: A new fighter.
- Winter 2025/2026: A new fighter and a new arena.
In other news, Bandai Namco boasted impressive sales figures for Tekken 8, announcing it has surpassed 3 million copies sold. This marks a significantly faster sales trajectory compared to its predecessor, which boasts over 12 million copies sold to date.
