Genshin Impact\'s new 4.8 update is right around the corner with new summer-themed content

Genshin Impact's highly anticipated 4.8 update is on the horizon, bringing a wave of summer-themed fun! Launching July 17th, this isn't your typical limited-time event; it's a substantial expansion to the game.

The star of the show is Simulanka, a brand-new, limited-time map brimming with unique creatures and gameplay mechanics. Joining the adventure is Dendrie, a five-star Dendro polearm-wielding character.

This update also includes fresh outfits for Kirara and Nilou, a series of seasonal events packed with rewards, and special Event Wishes. A sneak peek at the upcoming Natlan region is also included, adding to the excitement.

Among the many new minigames, the Northern Winds Gliding Challenge stands out. Soar through the skies above Simulanka, popping balloons for points!

While Simulanka's limited-time nature might disappoint some, its extended availability after the July 17th launch offers ample time to explore.
