Pick Up the Canker Side Quest

To initiate the "Canker" side quest, you'll need to have a conversation with Gules at Semine. You can easily pick up this quest during the wedding of Lord Semine and Agnes. Just speak to Gules while he's enjoying a drink before the ceremony, and you can start the quest. Alternatively, you can approach Gules earlier when he's on patrol at Semine. Find and Kill Canker
