Marvel Rivals Welcomes Invisible Woman and More in Season 1

Get ready for a thrilling update to Marvel Rivals! NetEase Games has unveiled the upcoming Season 1: Eternal Darkness Falls, launching January 10th at 1 AM PST, featuring the highly anticipated arrival of the Fantastic Four's Invisible Woman. This update also brings new maps, a fresh game mode, and a new battle pass.

A recent gameplay video showcases Invisible Woman's unique abilities. She's classified as a Strategist, utilizing attacks that damage foes while simultaneously healing allies. Her kit includes a knockback to control distance, temporary invisibility, a double jump for enhanced mobility, and a protective shield for teammates. Her ultimate ability creates a zone of invisibility, disrupting ranged attackers.

Mister Fantastic also makes his debut in Season 1, demonstrated in a separate trailer. His gameplay blends Duelist and Vanguard styles, boasting higher health than typical DPS characters and utilizing stretching attacks for both offense and defensive buffs.

While the arrival of Human Torch and The Thing will follow in a mid-season update approximately six to seven weeks after launch (full seasons are planned for three months), the absence of Blade, despite data leaks suggesting his presence in the game files, has caused some disappointment among fans. Dracula will serve as the primary antagonist for Season 1.

Despite this, anticipation remains high for the new content, with many players eager to experience the new additions to the ever-expanding Marvel Rivals roster and gameplay.
