Rome boasts Italy's largest video game museum! GAMM, the Game Museum, is now open to the public in Piazza della Repubblica. The museum is the creation of Marco Accordi Rickards, a writer, journalist, professor, and CEO of Vigamus.
Rickards is deeply committed to preserving and celebrating video game history. He describes GAMM as an immersive journey blending history, technology, and interactive gameplay. GAMM builds upon the legacy of Vigamus, another Roman gaming museum that has attracted over two million visitors since 2012.
The new museum spans 700 square meters across two floors and features three distinct thematic areas. Before exploring the specifics, take a quick virtual tour!
