MindsEye launched on June 10, but players have already reported widespread glitches, bugs, and performance problems. Across social media platforms, fans have expressed frustration about the game's current state.

On Twitter (X), user Synth Potato shared a distorted screenshot of an in-game character on June 11, commenting "MindsEye is not looking too good." Many others echoed these concerns, describing severe stuttering issues - even for players using PlayStation 5 Pro systems.

Players have documented various gameplay problems including: enemies behaving erratically during fights, heavily glitching NPCs, characters falling through floors, and numerous other technical hiccups. These issues have resulted in "Mixed" Steam reviews, with 60% currently negative.
