While this exciting news delights LEGO and Nintendo fans alike, the Twittersphere (X) is abuzz with speculation about the elusive Nintendo Switch 2. Many users humorously interpreted the announcement as a substitute for the long-awaited Switch successor.
Though details on the Switch 2 remain scarce, Nintendo President Furukawa confirmed in May 2024 that an announcement regarding the Switch's successor is planned for within the current fiscal year (ending March). Patience, fans!
