Does Pity Carry Over in Girls’ Frontline 2: Exilium? Answered

Girls’ Frontline 2: Exilium’s pity system: Does it transfer between banners?

Sunborn’s free-to-play tactical RPG, Girls’ Frontline 2: Exilium, available on PC and mobile, incorporates gacha mechanics. A common question among players is whether the pity counter carries over between banners. The short answer is: yes, for limited banners.

Your pity counter and pulls from one limited-time banner will transfer to the next. During the global launch, the simultaneous Suomi and Ullrid banners demonstrated this. Pulling on either banner increased the pity counter for both. If you were close to pity on one, you could switch and potentially obtain the featured character from the other with a 50/50 chance. This applies to all future limited banners.

However, this pity system does not transfer between limited and standard banners. You can't manipulate the system by pulling on the standard banner until near pity, then switching to a limited banner for a guaranteed pull.

While the hard pity is at 80 pulls, soft pity begins at 58. After 58 pulls without an SSR unit, your chances gradually improve until hard pity is reached.

This clarifies the pity system in Girls’ Frontline 2: Exilium. For more game guides, including rerolling, tier lists, and mailbox locations, check out The Escapist.
