PS5 owners will be able to play both Gran Turismo and Forza Horizon

The long-standing console wars and the exclusivity of major titles have fueled countless debates. A central point of contention: Forza (Xbox) versus Gran Turismo (PlayStation). Forza Horizon 5 is arriving on PS5! The official announcement hit social media, a PlayStation Store page is live, and the wait won't be extensive. A Spring 2025 release is targeted, though a precise launch date remains undisclosed.

Panic Button is leading the PS5 port development, with Turn 10 Studios and Playground Games offering support. The PS5 version will match the content of other platforms and participate in cross-platform play.

Furthermore, a free content update, "Horizon Realms," is in the works for all platforms. Horizon Festival participants will explore beloved locations from past "Evolving Worlds" updates, alongside some unannounced surprises.
