Redmagic's 9S Pro: A Powerful New Mobile Gaming Phone

Redmagic has unveiled its latest smartphone, the 9S Pro, in China, with an international launch slated for July 16th. This high-powered device features the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, coupled with UFS 4.0 and LPDDR5X RAM, and offers storage options up to a massive 24GB + 1TB.

The 9S Pro's impressive specifications raise a key question: will the available mobile game library fully utilize its capabilities? While Apple devices have secured recent AAA titles like Resident Evil 7 and Assassin's Creed Mirage, the 9S Pro will likely initially focus on existing mobile games, including titles from MiHoYo and high-fidelity games such as Call of Duty Warzone Mobile. Considering a potential price point around the higher end of £500 (if comparable to the 9 Pro), this might not be enough to justify the purchase for all gamers.
