R.E.P.O. Monster Tier List
Tier 1 – Mostly a nuisance, can be helpful.
Tier 2 – Manageable unless overwhelmed.
Tier 3 – Lethal if encountered unexpectedly.
Tier 4 – The most dangerous monsters. Capable of instantly killing lower-level players.

| Apex Predator (Duck) | 1 | Harmless if left alone; can be strategically used against the Huntsman if timed correctly. |
| Gnomes | 1 | Inflict minimal damage and are easily dispatched. |
| Animal | 1 | Individually weak, easily captured, and capable of eliminating Gnomes they encounter. |
| Hidden | 1 | Can transport you back to the truck or into a monster's path but deals no damage itself. |
| Shadow Child | 1 | Harmless if you avoid eye contact. |
| Spewer | 1 | Once attached, can be used against other monsters without harming you. |
| Bowtie | 2 | Slow-moving unless provoked; its breath causes damage, but it's easily avoidable. |
| Peeper | 2 | Causes minimal damage when eye contact is made, but can become dangerous in the presence of other monsters. |
| Chef | 2 | Can self-destruct by rolling into each other; avoidable by staying elevated. |
| Bangers | 2 | Ten seconds to escape once their dynamite ignites; only dangerous if caught in the blast. |
| Huntsman | 3 | Tracks by sound; remain silent or use the duck to avoid detection. A gunshot can be fatal. |
| Rugrat | 3 | Extremely strong, capable of killing with thrown objects; a vase can be lethal to low-level players. |
