Get ready for an interstellar adventure as LoL: Wild Rift Patch 6.1: Ascending Stars launches later this month. This cosmic update will transform your experience, from revamped menus to a battlefield set in the Dual Nova galaxy, featuring the Challenger’s Star and Adventure’s Star.
Three new champions are set to shake up the game. Ryze, the Rune Mage, brings powerful AoE damage and the ability to teleport teammates with his Realm Warp. Nocturne, the Eternal Nightmare, thrives on chaos, using Paranoia to plunge enemies into darkness. And Zilean, the Chronokeeper, manipulates time, slowing foes and reviving allies with Chronoshift.
Several champions are receiving significant reworks. Garen's Courage now scales over time, making him more durable, while his Judgment will now shred enemy armor. Ambessa transitions from the jungle to the Baron lane, with adjustments to her damage and life steal. Smaller tweaks are also coming for Diana, Fiora, Jax, Sona, and Kalista.

Beyond champion updates, a new Bandle-inspired Rift will spice up non-Ranked modes, featuring Enchanted Gifts that appear through portals during the laning phase. Mages are also in for a treat with new item updates. The Bandle Fantasy item offers extra burst damage, Hextech GLP800 slows enemies with frost bombs, and Malignance boosts ultimate abilities, making spellcasters even more formidable.
Ranked mode is getting an overhaul with the new season starting alongside the Challenger’s Star. Expect updates to the Ranked store and easier ways to earn seasonal rewards. Midway through the patch, the Adventure’s Star will unlock, introducing AAAARAM—a fresh take on ARAM with added augments and stunning galactic visuals.
The Wild Pass introduces two new skins: Wondertown Twisted Fate and Battlecast Nasus. Twisted Fate's new look brings an exciting new skinline to the game.
LoL: Wild Rift’s version 6.1 patch is scheduled for release on April 16th. For more details, be sure to visit the official website.
