COD: Black Ops 6 Developers Track Challenges

Treyarch is developing a much-requested in-game challenge tracker for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6. This feature, present in 2023's Modern Warfare 3, was notably absent from Black Ops 6 at launch, disappointing many players.

While a release date remains unannounced, the addition is confirmed to be under development. With Season 2 launching later this month, players may not have long to wait. This update follows a recent patch addressing various bug fixes in multiplayer and zombies modes, including a reversal of controversial changes to the Zombies Directed Mode.

Challenge Tracking on the Horizon

Treyarch directly confirmed the challenge tracker's development on Twitter, responding to fan requests. The functionality is expected to mirror Modern Warfare 3's system, providing real-time progress updates within the game's UI, significantly improving the experience for players pursuing Mastery camos and other challenges.

Additional Improvements Planned

Beyond challenge tracking, Treyarch also confirmed work on a separate HUD setting for Multiplayer and Zombies modes, addressing another common player request for improved customization and usability. This suggests a commitment to enhancing the overall Black Ops 6 experience based on community feedback.
