Sims 4: Burglars Return

Ten years of peaceful Sims life comes to an end! Burglars are back in The Sims 4, ready to test your home security skills. The long-awaited update, announced in the latest developer blog, has arrived (though some Sims players might have mixed feelings about this).

Just like in previous games, installing an alarm system is your first line of defense. Trigger the alarm, and the police will swiftly apprehend the culprit. For a more robust system, skilled Sims can upgrade the alarm to improve reliability and ensure automatic police dispatch. If you’re caught off guard without an alarm, you can try calling the police directly, hoping for a timely response. Or, if you're feeling bold, try befriending the burglar – a risky but potentially rewarding strategy.

For those with expansion packs, even more creative solutions are available. Unleash your furry friends, summon the power of spellcasters, vampires, or werewolves, or even freeze the burglar solid with a special ray!

But don't worry, you don't need any expansions to experience the thrill (or terror) of this update. The burglars update is available now, completely free!
