Create, sketch, and share your artwork with others. This is an early access version with more features on the way.

We are not Sketchbook.

We are not Photoshop.

We are not Procreate.

We are not Infinite Painter.

We are ArtClash.

ArtClash was created to help people build a daily habit of drawing, sketching, and cartooning.

It's currently a work in progress, with the first game available and more content coming soon.

You can freely sketch anything or select a topic—or a series of topics—along with optional constraints like time limits, color restrictions, or canvas size. Earn points when others correctly guess your drawing!

This is a solo project, originally made for my wife and me to practice daily, and to inspire others to do the same.

Current features:

• Paint - Sketch, Paint, and Blend

• Import images to use as references or paint over them

• Select topics and constraints, draw your interpretation, and earn points for each correct guess

• 6 levels of topic difficulty—from single words up to 5-word combinations (nouns, verbs, places, time periods)

• Choose from 3 optional constraints for extra points: time, colors, or canvas size

• Freely draw anything and share it with the community

• NSFW filter to let you decide whether to view images marked as not safe for work

Known early access issues and bugs:

• Basic UI: The Unity-based interface has been challenging. Plans are in place to rebuild it using XAML for improved responsiveness

• On lower-end devices, try keeping canvas sizes under 1024x1024. The GPU-accelerated brush engine may slow down with large canvases and fine brushes. We're testing alternatives and plan to optimize performance.

Upcoming features:

• Additional games (starting with a drawing-based "telephone" game)

• Enhanced social tools (custom avatars, comment sections for projects and games, friend and follow systems)

• Improved UI and a faster brush engine (addressing current performance issues)

• Marquee selection and transform tools

• More brush options (compatible with any brush texture—users will eventually be able to add and share their own)

• Advanced layer controls (currently basic layer creation is supported; transparency locking, masking, and more are planned)

• Developer communication system: Submit feedback, report bugs, and vote on upcoming changes

• Moderator roles: Empowering trusted users to help review flagged content and maintain community standards

• Community submissions: Suggest topics or constraints to be added after moderation

• Future plans include full image editing, animation support, scripting, and tools for game and storyboard prototyping.

Due to current performance considerations with large textures and limited editing features, ArtClash is currently optimized for social engagement and friendly competition rather than serving as a full image editing suite.
